How to set up V380 camera

Q5 Online configuration

Here is quick configuration guide for How to Set Up V380 Camera.

Video Tutorial:

Step 1. Local Access:

  • Install V380 or V380 Pro App (Available on android / Iphone) stores.
  • Turn on your WIFI IP CAMERA and connect your SMART PHONE with WIFI IP CAMERA wifi Signals in you PHONE WIFI SETTING.
  • Open V380 or V380 Pro and proceed in app via try without an account. And on NOTICE click on continue
  • Scroll down on screen and camera window will be visible.
  • Tap on camera window, a Notice will ask you to Setup Camera Password, Set an New Password and save it. and play again. This time you will have live local display of your camera.

Step 2. Online Configuration:

Once you have setup local access, Now configure camera for online access

  • Clink on Setting under/above camera window and in next Window go to Network
  • In Network change from AP hotspot mode to WiFi station mode and select your home / office Wifi and enter your WiFi password and save setting
  • Now your camera connects with your home Wifi and your phone will also connect with home WiFi
  • Now go back to previous camera window page and play the camera. If every thing is fine your camera will start working.

Step 3. New Account Creation In V380 App:

  • Open V380 or V380 Pro and click on register.
  • Select Asia from region, Enter your email id and click on verify code.
  • You will receive verification code in your email from V380, enter verification code in the text field.
  • Tap on next and set password on the next screen. Save this setting. Now login the app using these credentials
  • Scroll down on screen and camera window will be visible, play the camera and enjoy live streaming from world over. Cheers!
