What is Mygss.pk return policy?

 Any product / item can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. “Any return reason is acceptable.”

The product must be new in same condition as delivered, Unused, scratch less and without any flaws & the product must include unused product with original packaging for 100% return value.  Your item needs to have the order no. or proof of purchase to be eligible for return.  

Important

1. In case of change of mind, shipping, handling charges & devaluation amount will be charged to the customer. 
2. Rs.300 / kg will be paid as standard return shipping charges, where fault lies with company. 

What is the return process?

You can Initiate a return request against your item/order from mygss.pk complaints  section, if your order is in 7 days return window.

To request a return please create a new ticket and select Return & Refund  as a reason, fill out the return request form, attach relevant pictures, unboxing video (google drive link) and submit.

Note: You will have 3 working days to ship the parcel after return approval. Any parcel shipped after 3 working days will be rejected and will be sent back to you. 

How would I be paid back as refund?

It takes 3-5 business days for us to receive product back to our facility. After product is reached back to our facility we take another 2-3 days to refund the product amount back to you. 

We would refund you either to your original payment method or via bank transfer. In case of refund to your Credit/Debit/Net banking account, we take 5-8 business days from the date of receipt of the items.
