- On the login screen tap Forgot Password

- Check your email for a verification code
- Enter the code and set a new password

Method 2 — Physical Reset Button:
- Power on the camera and wait 30 seconds for it to fully boot
- Locate the reset pinhole on the camera body (labeled RESET)
