At MyGSS.pk, we offer a 10-day return & replacement policy for your peace of mind.
1. Damaged or Not Working Products
If your item is damaged in delivery or not working:
- Report within 10 days of delivery
- Send unboxing video (required)

✔️ After verification, you will get a free replacement
✔️ We cover shipping costs
2. Change of Mind / Wrong Order
If you want to return an unused product:
- Must be sealed & unused
- Request within 10 days
- Customer pays return shipping
- 10% restocking fee applies
Not Eligible for Return
- Used or installed products
- Broken seal
- No unboxing video (for damage claims)
