Returns

Any product / item can be returned if it is defective/ damaged or incorrect/ incomplete or new unused within 7 days from the date of delivery. Mygss.pk reserves the right to reject a return request.

The product must be new like in same condition as delivered, Unused, scratch less and without any flaws & the product must include the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase to be eligible for return.

The return order shipping fee will be paid by

Mygss.pk If product / item shipped from mygss.pk warehouse is defective/ damaged or incorrect/ incomplete or used. 

Customer If customer had a change of mind, ordered a different size, don’t need the product anymore or other such reasons from customer side.  In this case the return amount will be deducted from order amount and balance will be refunded.
