Step 1: Unbox and Check the Components
Ensure that all necessary components are included in the package:

Step 2: Insert the SIM Card & Memory Card
- Use a Nano SIM card (compatible with 4G networks).
- Insert the SIM card into the designated slot in the camera.
- If the camera supports local storage, insert a microSD card (usually up to 128GB or 256GB).
- Ensure the SIM card has an active data plan.
Step 3: Powering the Camera
- If the camera has a built-in battery, let it charge under sunlight for a few hours.
- If it includes a separate solar panel, mount it in a direct sunlight position for the best charging efficiency.
- Some models have a DC power option for initial charging.
Step 4: Installing the Camera & Adjusting the Angle
- Choose an installation location with a good 4G signal and direct sunlight exposure.
- Mount the camera using the provided screws or brackets.
- Adjust the camera angle for the best view.
🔹 Tip: Position the solar panel at an optimal angle (30°-45°) to maximize sunlight absorption.
Step 5: Connecting to the Mobile App
- Download the App:
- Most brands use apps like UBox, CamHi, V380 Pro, etc.
- Scan the QR code from the manual or search the app in the Play Store/App Store.
- Register/Login:
- Sign up using your email/phone number.
- Add the Camera:
- Click “Add Device” and select 4G Camera.
- Scan the QR code on the camera.
- Configure the Camera:
- The app will automatically detect the 4G network from the inserted SIM card.
- Set up motion detection, alerts, and recording preferences.
Step 6: Testing & Adjusting Settings
- Live View: Open the app and check the live feed.
- Motion Detection: Set sensitivity levels to avoid false alarms.
- Night Vision: Check if IR or full-color night vision is working.
- Two-Way Audio: Test the microphone and speaker.
Step 7: Remote Access & Cloud Storage (Optional)
- If cloud storage is supported, subscribe to a cloud plan for remote playback.
- You can also use the microSD card for local recording.
Troubleshooting Tips
❌ No Network?
- Check if the SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Make sure the SIM has data & supports 4G.
- Restart the camera.
❌ Not Charging?
- Ensure the solar panel is clean and placed in direct sunlight.
- Try charging using a USB cable (if available).
