Warranty Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of an Additional 1-Year Warranty (“Warranty Extension”) offered by Mygss.pk (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing this Warranty Extension, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Warranty Purchase Options

Customers may purchase Mygss.pk warranty for 1 year using either of the following options:

Option 1: At the Time of Purchase

• The Warranty may be purchased during the original product purchase.

• A fee of 10% of the order value (excluding shipping) applies.

• The warranty becomes valid immediately after the product purchase or after brand warranty ends if any.

Option 2: Within 45 Days of Purchase

• Customers may also purchase the Mygss.pk 1 year Warranty within 45 calendar days of the original purchase date.

• A fee of 25% of the order value (excluding tax) applies.

• After 45 days, Mygss.pk 1 year warranty is no longer available.

2. Coverage Period

• The Mygss.pk warranty add 1 year of warranty coverage to all purchaes from Mygss.pk or add 1 year warranty at the end of the standard brand warranty period (if any).

3. Scope of Coverage

Covered:

• Defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship.

• Product malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

• Cosmetic damage, general wear and tear, or damage from environmental conditions (e.g., corrosion, water ingress).

• Consumables, accessories, or bundled items unless explicitly included.

4. Claims Process

To make a claim under this Mygss.pk 1-Year Warranty:

• Contact our support team at Complaints section or WhatsApp 03224547836

• Provide proof of the original purchase and confirmation of warranty payment.

• Return the defective item to our authorized service center / warehouse or as otherwise directed. (shipping charges to be paid by customer if any)

5. Repair or Replacement

• We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our sole discretion.

• Replacements may be new or refurbished and of equivalent or greater value.

• If the product is no longer available, we may offer store credit or a comparable replacement.

6. General Conditions

• The Warranty Extension is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only for eligible products.

• Warranty fees are calculated based solely on the product price, excluding any delivery charges.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
