Do I need an email to create an account?
Yes, email is mandatory. Your order updates, invoices, and support messages are sent via email.
How do I cancel my order on Mygss.pk?
You can cancel your order by messaging on our whatsapp chat (+92) 322-4547836
If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and refund the amount.
If the order is already dispatched, you can refuse to accept the parcel.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after an order is confirmed. You will need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details.
I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days once the returned product reaches our warehouse. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method.
Would I receive my entire payment if I cancel a paid order?
In case of customer-initiated cancellation, the processing fee is non-refundable.
Our standard delivery charge is Rs 150 and so on across Pakistan. For Open Parcel Delivery, an additional Rs 300 is charged.
Does Mygss.pk ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan’s major cities and towns.
How can I track my order from Mygss.pk online?

How can I view my Order Packaging Video?
Once your order is dispatched, you may request a packaging video from our team by contacting info@mygss.pk or through our WhatsApp helpline.
All Mygss.pk packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped to you. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items to you within few days.
Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof incase customer receives damaged goods or incomplete items.
Customers may claim refund if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this.
What is Mygss.pk’s Return and Replacement Policy?
We accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Does not like the product
- Damaged, manufecting fault
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Yes. The product must be new as delivered, Unused & the product must include original packaging & all accessories for 100% return value. Your item needs to have the order no. or proof of purchase to be eligible for return.
Important
1. In case of change of mind, shipping, handling charges & devaluation amount will be charged to the customer.
2. Rs.300 / kg will be paid as standard return shipping charges, where fault lies with us.
How long would it take to receive my refund/replacement?
Refunds or replacements may take 5–7 working days after we receive your return.
Does Mygss.pk arrange product pickup for returns?
Currently, customers need to return products by visiting their nearest courier office and dispath to address Mygss.pk support team.
Why was my return request declined?
Possible reasons:
No unboxing video was provided.
The return was not initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?
