1. 10-Day Replacement for Defective / Damaged Products

If your product is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Not working (Dead on Arrival)

You are eligible for a Free replacement within 10 days.

Requirements:

  • Unboxing video proof (mandatory). 
  • Clearly shows sealed package opening + defect

Timeline:

  • Must be reported within 10 days of delivery

Process:

  • Share video + order details on WhatsApp: 0322 4547 836
  • Our technical team will verify & assist

Outcome:

  • Verified claims = Free replacement
  • MyGSS.pk covers shipping costs
2. Change of Mind / Wrong Product Returns

You may return unused items under these conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Product must be:
    • Sealed
    • Unused
    • Not installed

Timeline:

  • Request within 10 working days

Charges:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • 10% restocking fee applies

Returns Not Accepted If:

  • Product is used or installed
  • Seal is broken
  • No unboxing video (for damage claims)
