What is the return process?

You can Initiate a return request against your item/order from mygss.pk complaints  section, if your order is in 10 days return window.

To request a return please create a new ticket and select Return & Refund  as a reason, fill out the return request form, attach relevant pictures, unboxing video (google drive link) and submit.

Note: You will have 3 working days to ship the parcel after return approval. Any parcel shipped after 3 working days will be rejected and will be sent back to you.
