What is your product warranty?

Every product item purchased from Mygss.pk include 30 days warranty period unless specified on product page. Product will be repaired or exchanged if it is defective/ damaged within 30 days after delivery. Warranty period starts from the day of delivery. We will provide warranty service to anyone owning the product during the warranty period.

Where can i claim my warranty?

In case of any issue with the product visit our service center with proof of purchase or contacts us on our official WhatsApp (0322 4547 836) or email (info@mygss.pk) address. We will guide you how to send your product for repair / exchange.

Do I have to pay delivery charges for warranty claim?

We mutually have to divide the delivery charges burden. In case your are instructed to claim your warranty by sending your defected product to our warehouse. You have to pay the delivery charges yourself for sending product to our warehouse. We will bear the return charges ourself.

Can I claim 30 days warranty for my purchases from daraz, or other stores.

Unfortunately 30 days claim & warranty is only applicable to Mygss.pk store only. We will not entertain a customer for warranty or claim unless specified on respective platform.
