What is the return process?
You can Initiate a return request against your item/order from mygss.pk complaints
section if your order is in 7 days return window.
To request a return please create a new ticket and select Return & Refund as a reason, fill out the return request form, attach relevant pictures, unboxing video (google drive link) and submit.

After reviewing & accepting your return request we will share a return label for your parcel to be shipped back to our warehouse.
How would I be paid back as refund?
It takes 3-5 business days for us to receive product back to our facility. After product is received we take another 2-3 days to refund the product amount back to you.
We would refund you either to your original payment method or via bank transfer. In case of refund to your Credit/Debit/Net banking account, we take 5-8 business days from the date of receipt of the items.
